This Guy Recreates Low-Cost Celeb Outfits And Has The Internet Laughing Their Butts Off

Have you ever noticed how some celebs walk out with some of the silliest looking outfits? And to make things even worse, they’re oh-so expensive! Well, a guy named Toheeb Adedokun Akorede, also known as “Funnytoheeb” from Africa felt the same way, so he decided to recreate these ridiculous celeb outfits with stuff he found around the house, and the results are insanely funny! No, seriously. You’ve never seen anything like it!

Cardi B’s Extra Chic Outfit

Cardi B’s looking awfully cute in that outfit, but we’ll give Toheeb a round of applause for recreating her dress with what looks like Graham Crackers. He also taught us that in lieu of a handbag you can always opt for a gas canister.

Laura Ikeji Kanung It Girl Look

funnytoheeb

As a Nigerian fashion blogger, Laura may be the “It Girl” everyone looks up to. But Toheeb understands that not everyone can find those netted boots at Walmart. So, he decided that these laundry baskets would do just fine in a crunch. Also, kudos for using white paint to recreate Laura’s v-neck short sleeve shirt.

Beyonce’s Bowl Hat

funnytoheeb

Remember the time when Beyonce wore this leopard printed dress complete with a mask and bowl hat? Well, Toheeb did a fine job using a metal bowl for the hat, some Ramen noodles to recreate Bey’s hair and some body paint to get that expensive leopard print look that can make heads turn. Genius!

Anita Joseph’s Avant Garde Look

funnytoheeb

Anita is an actress, a singer, and a model who really knows how to make an impression with her spectacular fashion looks. Her hair and jewelry would make Cleopatra envious. But Toheeb used a noodle nose chain and a couple of pans to recreate the look for nothing but a couple of bucks. Oh, and that red dress is entirely made of paper. Who knew avant-garde fashion could be so affordable?

Shaffy Bello’s Recycled Look

funnytoheeb

Nigerian film actress Shaffy Bello must have paid a ton for that dress. But Toheeb doesn’t have millions of dollars for a designer dress that sort of looks like a curtain. So, he recreated the look using empty water bottles. Best recycle project ever! Al Gore would be so proud.

Nicki Minaj’s Diva In Black

funnytoheeb

Recreating this insane outfit that Nicki Minaj wore wasn’t easy. He probably had to look around the house for the materials, which if we’re being honest, looks like garbage bags. But we can definitely see someone buying Toheeb’s outfit and walking down the runway with it.

Camila Coelho’s Stylish White Dress

funnytoheeb

Brazilian blogger Camila Coelho might need to step aside for a bit, because Toheeb has just recreated her expensive-looking white dress using nothing but paper. Even the fluffy arms look sophisticated. So, if you ever run out of ideas for next Halloween, this guy could definitely inspire you.

Juliet Ibrahim

funnytoheeb

Toheeb recreated the Ghanaian actress’ hair using Ramen noodles, and it’s definitely making us hungry for his unique spin on celeb styles. We’re also loving the all-black workout outfit, and the red sneakers, but that purse has to go.

Rihanna’s Wraparound Look

funnytoheeb

When you have nothing else to wear so you turn your head into a makeshift garden and then wrap a big black blanket around you. We’d like to think that Riri would find this look amusing because Toheeb loves making people laugh with these recreations.

Yemi Alade’s Feeling Blue Outfit

funnytoheeb

Toheeb couldn’t recreate Nigerian singer Yemi Alade’s blue outfit with materials, so he used a blue chair and lots of tape instead. Then again, it’s not surprising because Toheeb’s mom used to always tell him to think outside the box, and obviously, he did.

Jason Momoa’s Aquaman Suit

funnytoheeb

Need a cosplay costume? Use a pineapple leotard to recreate Aquaman’s gold shirt and what looks like leaves for the green pants. He also used black duct tape to give himself a beard. But what could he use in lieu of a trident? A Rake! What else?
